Forming a Contract

When you make an order via the Trade Store, you are making an offer to buy goods. You will receive an email to confirm that this offer has been received.

Once we have checked the price, availability and any additional costs to be implemented (e.g. design fees), we will send an invoice through to you for BACS payment.

Upon payment, a contract has been made between us.

In the unlikely event of goods no longer being available to dispatch or a pricing error, we will advise of this as soon as possible. We will not dispatch the goods, we will refund any payment made, and there will be no contract between us.

The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is £180 ex VAT.

Delivery is free for Trade orders.

Delivery for Private Label orders is £5.99.

Delivery for Raw orders is £19.99.

Parcel deliveries are dispatched via DPD on a pre-12pm, next day service.

Pallet deliveries are dispatched via Owens Group on a next day service.

You can also make prior arrangements to collect orders from our headquarters.

Any issues regarding deliveries or damaged products upon arrival, must be reported within 24 hours with images of outer packaging and any damage.

You have the right to change your mind and cancel your order, and receive a full refund for the cost of the products, provided this is done so in writing within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Refunds are only applicable if the goods are returned unopened.

To return a product due to a change of mind, you must sufficiently package and return the product to the address above at your cost.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation in the respect of any and all Private Label orders following going to print.

Any cancellation of Private Label orders prior to printing, will be fully refunded minus any design fees.
