Placing Your Order

You must have an approved trade account to access the Trade Store. To apply for an account, please complete the form below.
Once logged in, click on any product in the Trade Store to explore in further detail.
Select any required options - such as 'Pack Size' or 'Variety'.
If you wish to place a Private Label order (this includes unlabelled stock), please also select how you would like each product packaged.
Once you have entered the quantity of items you would like, click the 'Add to Basket' link shown for each item.
Items that you have selected can be reviewed and amended at any time via the 'View Basket' icon.
When you have completed your selections click on the 'Checkout' link to complete your order.
You will be asked to provide your business and delivery information.
Please review your order carefully before submission to avoid delays.

Once your order is received and checked, an invoice will be sent out to you payable via BACS.

The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is £200 inc VAT.
Delivery is free for Trade orders.
Delivery for Private Label orders (including unlabelled) is £5.99.
Delivery for Raw orders is £19.99.
For Trade orders, the lead time is 2-3 working days. For Private Label orders, the lead time is 4-7 working days. More often than not, we are quicker than this, but it's always best to 'under promise and over deliver'.
Parcel deliveries are dispatched via DPD on a pre-12pm, next day service.
Pallet deliveries are dispatched via Owens Group on a next day service.
You can also make prior arrangements to collect orders from our headquarters.
Any issues regarding deliveries or damaged products upon arrival, must be reported within 24 hours with images of outer packaging and any damage.

Orders of raw are dispatched Monday to Thursday, on a pre-12pm, next day service.
Please inform us of a safe location for your delivery, as we can not permit orders to be returned to the depot if no-one is available to accept the delivery.
Due to the unique way in which our raw is processed, any defrosting of the product during transit will be the first time that the product has thawed since its initial freeze, and can safely be re-frozen. This compares favourably to most other producers who defrost their meat to process it and then refreeze the finished product before distributing.
